Effective Date: August 1st, 2026
Last Updated: August 31st, 2026
1. OVERVIEW
We want customers to receive ZEEVA Sports products in the condition and configuration they ordered. This Policy explains eligibility for returns, exchanges, refunds, defective products, and customized merchandise.
2. STANDARD RETURN WINDOW
Eligible standard products may be returned within 15 days of Purchase, subject to the conditions below. The final return window must be confirmed before publication.
3. RETURN CONDITION
Unless a product is defective or applicable law provides otherwise, returned merchandise should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition with original components, accessories, tags, and packaging where reasonably applicable.
4. CATEGORY-SPECIFIC RULES
Apparel and jerseys: unworn and unwashed standard items may be eligible for return. Sporting equipment: items showing material use, impact damage, misuse, modification, or abnormal wear may be ineligible. Opened consumable sporting goods such as shuttlecocks, balls, grips, or similar items may be restricted once opened or used, except for qualifying defects. Bags and accessories should be returned complete and in resalable condition unless defective.
5. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Customized or personalized products, including team jerseys, names, numbers, logos, colors, or made-to-order merchandise, are generally final sale once production begins unless ZEEVA Sports made an error, the item has a qualifying defect, or applicable law requires a remedy.
6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order, contact zeeva@zeevasports.com within [REPORTING PERIOD] and provide the order number and reasonably requested photographs or information. We may offer replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy as appropriate and required by law.
7. RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Returns may require authorization through the ZEEVA Sports website, mobile app, or customer support before shipment. Unauthorized returns may experience delays.
8. RETURN SHIPPING
Responsibility for return shipping will depend on the reason for the return. ZEEVA Sports should cover reasonable return shipping for confirmed fulfillment errors or qualifying defects. Customer-choice returns may be subject to return shipping costs as disclosed during the return process.
9. REFUNDS
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed. Processing times vary by financial institution. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable for customer-choice returns unless required by law.
10. EXCHANGES
Where inventory permits, eligible products may be exchanged for another size, color, or eligible product. Price differences and shipping charges may apply.
11. FINAL SALE
Products clearly identified as final sale are not eligible for standard return or exchange, except where required by law or where a qualifying defect or fulfillment error applies.
12. ABUSE
ZEEVA Sports may restrict return privileges in cases of suspected fraud, excessive abuse, product substitution, or other improper activity, subject to applicable consumer law.
