Privacy Policy

1. SCOPE

This Privacy Policy explains how JOYIZM Inc, doing business as ZEEVA Sports (“ZEEVA Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use our website, mobile applications, customer accounts, shopping services, and related services.

Payment card information may be handled directly by third-party payment processors. ZEEVA Sports does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes in its own commerce systems.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use personal information to provide accounts and Services; process and fulfill orders; provide shipping and returns; communicate about transactions; prevent fraud and protect security; provide customer support; personalize experiences; administer promotions; improve products and Services; perform analytics; comply with law; and, where permitted, send marketing communications.

4. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We may disclose information to service providers and business partners that support payments, fulfillment, shipping, hosting, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, customer support, and other operational functions. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or at your direction.

We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for purposes unrelated to the services they provide to us, except as permitted by applicable law.

5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, analytics, security, and, where enabled, advertising or marketing measurement. Where required, we will provide appropriate choices or consent controls. See the ZEEVA Sports Cookie & Tracking Technologies Policy.

6. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

You may opt out of promotional email by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message. SMS or text marketing, if offered, will be subject to separate consent and applicable terms. Transactional communications concerning orders, accounts, security, or service administration may still be sent when necessary.

7. MOBILE APPLICATION DATA

If you use a ZEEVA Sports mobile application, the application may request device permissions needed for particular features, such as notifications, camera access for permitted uploads, or location-related functionality. Permissions will be requested through the operating system and can generally be managed in device settings. We should only request permissions actually required by implemented features.

8. RETENTION

We retain personal information for periods reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including fulfilling transactions, maintaining records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and satisfying legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type.

9. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No information system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

ZEEVA Sports Services are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child contrary to applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps to address it.

11. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California residents may have rights under applicable California privacy law, subject to thresholds, definitions, exceptions, and verification requirements. Depending on applicability, these may include rights to know/access, correct, delete, and obtain information about certain disclosures, as well as rights relating to sale or sharing of personal information and use of sensitive personal information.

Before publication, ZEEVA Sports must determine whether it meets applicable CCPA/CPRA thresholds and whether any advertising or analytics practices constitute “sale” or “sharing” under California law. If required, appropriate “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanisms and notices must be implemented.
